I've never skimped and it's always been BMW OE or an upgraded part

It's having new front tyres fitted tomorrow (16/8/22), new front discs, pads and handbrake shoes on the 23rd and last but not least a Supersprint centre section fitted which I have waited 4 months for and cost over £700, also on the 23rd.
Why spend all that when I'm selling? A stupid sense of pride in my car I guess, I want it to be right and a car has come up which I've wanted for many years so time to move it on.
Had an obscene amount of work done in my ownership totalling about £5k, including
- All the rear diff seals
- Timing chain tensioner seal
- Oil pressure release valve
- Shell bearings (ACL Bearings, BMW Bolts)
- Roof motor refurbed and relocated
- Osram bulbs
- Been professionally detailed and ceramic coated twice (last time about 12months ago)
- Rear Tyres (PS4) around 5k ago
- Rear springs
- Rear trailing arm bushes
- new windscreen
- new windscreen cowling
- new air bag module
- new passenger door membrane
Mods/changes/included
- Stormwerks Titanium gearknob (original included)
- Black kidney grills (originals included)
- Stubby aerial (original included)
- 12mm bimmec spacers on the rear + locking wheel bolt (original bolts included)
- Complete unused identical set to the above (decided not to put them on the front)
- Silvergrey paint touch up kit
Probably other bits I'm forgetting as well
