2007 E85 3.0 Si springs and shocks

Hi all,
Been off the road for 4 + years, just been serviced and passed MOT with only rear brake pipes and wheel sensor replaced.
Want to change out springs and shocks, whats the recomendations out there ?

For shocks, suggested OEM calls for Bilstein B8s all around. Folks on the forum seem to prefer the B6s or even the B4s instead for a slightly less stiff ride. Personally, I replaced mine with B8s, and I'm very ok with the ride on our comparatively smooth Dutch roads.
Springs on mine were replaced before I bought it with OEM replacements as well. Don't know from the top of my head what they are or who provides them; looking them up on realoem.com also doesn't yield any results :|
