Hi all,

Begrudgingly selling my 2007 BMW Z4 3.0 SI SPORT COUPE in Black as I have a new car and she's surplus to requirements. I have owned this car since 2013 and unfortunately, she isn't being driven enough these days.

Full black interior.
Heated seats.
AUX input.
Tinted rear windows.
M Sport Steering Wheel.
Two keys.

Current Mileage: 88,400.

Recent service history:
17-01-18 @ 69k
21-02-20 @ 78k
15-06-23 @ 84k
10-07-25 @ 88k

The car has just had 4 new tyres.

The bad bits (taken from the recent service):
- Cam cover gasket leaking oil - needs addressing.
- Exhaust is showing signs of corrosion and back box mount broken but it is secure and gas tight.
- Rear suspension is starting to show signs of corrosion - reinspect at next service.
- Brake pads are at 5mm.
- Front flexible hoses in early stages of perishing.
- Water ingress in both front fog lights.
- Horn operation is poor.

To add myself:
- Glovebox needs a new clip.
- Both cup holders need replacing; neither grip cups. It never bothered me, but maybe it will bother you.
- You might want to refurb the alloys; as they could do with a clean up. Both rears have been replaced as the previous ones cracked with having run flat tyres on the car.

The only other downside with advertising the car on this forum is that I am based in the Isle of Man - so viewing/delivery the car may require some working out.

This car has treated me well over the years and it is lovely to drive. I am sure the new owner will enjoy the car.

I'm looking for around £7,500 but I am open to offers. I will likely take the personalised Isle of Man number plate off the car, if it is going to the UK.

Any questions, let me know.

Cheers,
Owen

Any interest? (I reduced the price).

I have a trip planned to the UK next week, so it could potentially line up with a sale.

Cheers,
Owen

I can see how scheduling a viewing/sale could get tricky with your location.
Would you consider selling to the trade, Luke Zachary could be interested and an easier option?.

Hi Jon,

Yes, the car is still available. I've just tried to send a direct message but it didn't allow it. Maybe you can send one to me? If you have any questions.

Cheers,
Owen

Hi Owen,

I’ve just tried the same and it won’t let me send you a PM. I wanted some more pics if possible? Engine bay. From the from and a couple down the sides.

Thanks Jon

I think new members need a number of posts before they can send/rcv messages. It's not many, 5 maybe ?

No worries. I'll take some more pictures this afternoon for you, Jon.

and that would make sense - thanks Meds!

I've just taken some more pictures; I hope they help!

There are a few small bodywork scratches that I tried to photograph too; they're particularly noticeable at the moment because she has recently been polished. I am trying to find the negative to be open and honest - not to sound too negative! She's a great car, she just needs to be driven!

Let me know if you want any more information or videos etc.

Cheers,
Owen

Okay, sounds great. Let me know.

I can't do much more on the price, as it's getting close to the webuyanycar price..

Cheers

Sad price for a sensible mileage coupe ☹️. Shame nothing much is selling at the moment.
TBH you would make the car much more attractive by polishing up the wheels and the engine bay and taking new photos.

Agreed. I should have spent more time tidying it up before putting it up for sale, as it is a lovely car. I'm still holding out hope that the right buyer will come along, before I have to take it to WeBuyAnyCar next week.
