i have an 03 Z4 and an Iphone 3GS i was about to spend some money for the OEM Bluetooth parts n install it myself, will my phone pair to the Bluetooth? or will there be issues trying to do this?

I would suggest that if the OEM parts are the latest then they should work, as my April 07 , as shipped from factory , pairs fine with iPhone 3G except that the eject box which takes the iPhone snap-in cradle needed replacing to take the wider form factor of the iPhone and its matching cradle
