2006 Z4 Navigation System

I recently bought a 2006 M roadster with the navigation system. No manual or accessory manual for the operation of the nav. system. It has a dvd player between the seatbacks and a dvd for the nav system. Anyone have info on its operation, programming, and the like?

I have downloaded the 2006 Z owner's manual, and the M suppliment, but they contain nothing about the Nav system. They refer to the navigation suppliment, but I havn't found it.
