EDITED: added more pics of rear lights back to original.

This is a lovley car with alot of great attributes - but I just cant help feeling that by putting some things back to OEM you will increase your target audience - for example the wheels (unless these are original BMW wheels?), the rear lights (poss front - although that is big work and ££), and the bits around the steeting wheel. Also looking at the detail you say it has "harmon kardon speaker package" - in our cars its as follows:

There are 3 Audio options in the Z4. Basic, Hifi and DSP (Carver/Logic7). Basic has 6 speakers & no amp (with 8 visible grills), Hifi has 10 speakers with an optical amp, and DSP is the Carver system with 10 speakers, optical amp and DSP settings you can change. If you have cubby boxes behind the seats you have basic, if you have DSP settings you have the DSP, anytihng else you have the Hifi option. Carver was the original Launch top Hifi named after the company that designed the Speakers, after 2007 it became the Logic7 system, all have Phillips Speakers.

GLWTS!!

Thanks for your opinions... But a LOT of money has been spent on this car, and i am not going to spend more money undoing what has been done. I may aggree but i will just wait untill someone buys it as it is.

I would agree with the points that jamie has mentioned, although I can also see your view point. The zed is a lovely clean example, however I would be put off by some of the mods done as they are not to my taste especially the colour of the wheels. That said I am in no doubt that it will appeal to others, might just be a case of you having to wait some time for the right buyer to come along, down to limited market appeal and all that.

GLWTS

i think it looks really nice!!! i love the darkened front lights !! not keen on the rears but, this looks like a loved car from the pics!! very very nice!! GLWS!!!!

Apart from the rear lights I like it

Bit weird to spray the steering column bet hey not like the buyer can't get a new one for a few quid.

GLWTS!

hi, the car has never had a bump let alone an accident, i had the front lights proffessionaly stripped and inners painted black then refitted and resealed to stop any condensation or leaks. they have been perfect for years.

i do think i will put the rear lights back to standard but every thing else i will leave.

the steering column i had painted gloss black as with the steering wheel inserts and door holders and the two rollover bars all the same colour. it all looks very nice colour coded.

i shall take some more pics in the sun and hopefully the pics might show the detail gone into this car and just how clean it is :)

ok cool. why didn't you just source xenons with black inners? you could have then sold yours and the mod would have been free if not made a profit?

Anyways, GLWTS.

i'm pretty sure this was the subject of a thread on here a while ago.

i personally love the stealth look and think it looks fantastic. the rear lights are a touch too dark for my liking, but overall it seems to work.

gloss black steering column would be a dust magnet, but a really good touch that i've not seen done before.

If you could refit the original wheels and discuss a few other changes (rear lights etc) I would be quite interested. Do you still have the wheels available? GLWS either way!

cheers Rob

I'm not a fan of cosmetic mods but with people always beefing about the lack of clean low mileage ///Ms surely they can't be a deal breaker for a serious buyer :?
The condition, spec and history look top-notch - GLWTS

For the appealing mileage and condition its worth a punt at around that price to then spend a little getting it to whatever taste you wanted. Basic car is there and looks okay; just a bit distracting.

Bit like house buying though. You need to first see the investment and not somebody elses decoration.

GLWTS

This hands down the most beautiful z4 m I have ever seen in my life... It makes other bmw z4 m's look like a joke. I will be copying everything this genius has done. Everything is factory !!! He has just altered factory parts...genius. Not boy racer...batman would be happy to drive this car. How did you do the side repeaters??!?. I hate how much they stick out on mine and on this car they are definitely more flush to the body of the car, amazing. I love it ..respect!!
