A 'forum car', I've owned it since 2018, and it's been perfect the whole time. Bought from user 'roundozo' on this very forum who'd owned it for around 5 years. This was and still is my dream car, but due to no longer getting the chance to use it, I've made the very difficult decision to sell.

It's the sport model, and it also benefits from a Bilstein B12 kit, improving the already sporty look and handling. The wheels are Style 32's from an E46 that have the identical staggered 18" set up to the standard wheels. Lot's of other changes such as the HID headlights (much better than the halogens) and ZHP gearknob. The car has been well looked after during it's life with the water pump being replaced at 59k miles and the boot lid was replaced by BMW under warranty in 2017.

Current mileage is 108,650 and it has an MOT until May next year. Service history:

15,815 Oil Service
33,393 Inspection 1
46,918 Oil Service
59,137 Inspection 2
74,879 Oil Service
87,629 Inspection 1
107,392 Inspection 2

The only real downside to this car is the bodywork and wheels need tidying up. It's not that bad, but I don't want anyone getting the impression this is a concours car. There is rust on the rear wings, but nothing that couldn't be easily repaired. There are minor dings and scratches, but certainly nothing out of the ordinary for an 18 year old car. She still looks great and it's impossible to park her and walk away without a quick glance back to admire the great coupe shape!

Mechanically all is sound and, with the excellent N52 straight six and 260bhp, it still puts a very big smile on your face when an open road presents itself!

Private plate will be removed and revert back to the old reg (ST56ONV). Although if your initials are JL and you want to make an offer, I'll definitely consider selling!

I'll be listing on eBay tomorrow night for 10 days, so if you want to get in there before the masses, now's your chance!

Pictures to follow when I've remembered how to attach them :D

That looks like a well looked after Coupe for a good price, so GLWTS.

FWIW it might be worth saying where you are based and which shade of black it is.

Thanks guys. Yes, I think it's a very good price but I realise the market has been slow lately, so I tried to pitch it right from the off rather than starting high and reducing the price all the time.

I'm based near Fareham on the south coast. In between Portsmouth and Southampton.

The colour is Black Sapphire.

It's probably also worth noting that I have a few things that will come with the car such as the original gear knob, kidney grills and badges (the 3.0si from the side and Z4 from the back). Oh, and the original 'whippy' aerial too, although the stubby looks way better!

Can't believe how much car that is for the money. If this was around when I was looking last year I would have bitten your hand off! Hoping that values will recover but in the meantime I'll enjoy my e86 for what it is - a great drivers' car! GLWTS.

That is a lovely car. The market for them will bounce back, I always find general elections never help with selling!
