First, let me say I think your car is fantastic. The work you've done appears to be top-notch, and it appears very well looked after... Even I was tempted!
I think what may be putting people off (certainly when I look at it) is the wheels and headlights being black. There's a lot of black on the car, and it doesn't appear to work well with the Montego Blue (although oddly, with the M bumper, it looked fine to me).
Personally, I would see if anyone here would like to replace their lights for yours. They then get some modded lights (which look fantastic) and you get yours back to standard. Similar for the wheels, but I think they are less of an issue.
I hope that helps from a 'viewers' perspective.

It may be worth you sticking it up for £9,999; purely because it makes it look so much more of a bargain, if you see what I mean.
As a side note, I used to have a very similar car to this - Montego Blue, Champagne Nappa and Piano Black! Didn't have all the other stuff though like sat nav, and in fact when I had mine I wanted darker lights and a black roof!

I did have a lad look at it at the weekend & he was really pleased with the condition, but hes messaged me saying hes deciding between mine & another so I will see what happens

If your series does everything you need & more why sell it then ? Especially if the Z is dating :?

Why not go for a new 1` series ?

[/quote]New 1 series is pig ugly. I want the 6 pot the Z offers. I prefer my cabin in the 1 series, i just want something a bit more raw!
The big selling point is i want a petrol again
I will definitely miss my 1 series. Fantastic carThing is i don't want to get a Z that doesn't have everything i have in the 1 er then be disappointed a few months down the line.
