Right guys I'm putting up for sale my Z4.

2006 BMW Z4 3.0 Si Sport Roadster in black
Full Service History - mainly BMW or BMW Specialist
12 Months MOT
83,900 miles
HPI clear
Folder full of receipts & history
265 BHP 0-60 5.6 secs and 33 mpg
Engine & gearbox very strong

Black Full leather electric M Sport Seats
18" MV3 Replica alloys in gun metal
Stubby aerial
Black kidney grills
Interior is immaculate
Falken 453's all round, brand new tyres on rear

Few things wrong with car:
Electric roof has stopped working
Power Steering shuts off once in a blue moon



Car is being MOT'd next week and a sills being repainted to get rid of stone chips
I will be personally detailing the car as well.

Feel this is fairly strong money considering the mileage, the fact the roof doesn't work (potentially £500 + repair) and the steering shutting off....

I don't feel it's priced wrong for the mileage, however the faults that are present make it rather less of a bargain :(

Perhaps you should put it in the advert...? Might change folks's views from a bit negative to supportive. Just my humble opinion.
 
Gotta agree with A1GSS ,
If you really want to sell then be realistic & offer up a slither of hope to potential buyers otherwise the phone is unlikely to ring .
Its always hard selling a used car especially a convertible in winter & by your own admission yours has faults
to my mind the car prices itself 8)
Its the used value without any faults minus the cost of the faults less another 10% for the element of risk
Is that the figure you had in mind ? :wink:
 
I would probably sell at £6250. You gotta try your luck. I wanna buy a VX220 during the winter during the winter cull. Thought I would put it on here first to see if someone with some time and knowledge can fix it on the cheap. Otherwise its going on ebay next week after I get it back from bodyshop & MOT.

Just a thought, the power steering issue could be a bad connection for the battery, got to be worth checking the terminals and cleaning them up!
 
The pics ive got are when i picked it up from dealer 3 years ago and it was a bit paint swirled. Im planning on detailing it asap, and will sort some pics out and youtube clip of the car. Tried the battery terminals all tight. Its fine in the summer, just seems to go off more in the winter months??? Really odd.
