Only the aux in out of that list, mine doesn't have the other two. 2007 cars also have two radio tuners so you can get traffic alerts while listening to a radio station other than Classic FM. Might have been a general facelift thing but my 2006 car didn't have two.
I believe the bolts were modified back in the later M3 days and replaced the old bolts. When our M's came into production the new bolts were standard. Development had stopped on the S54 engine when our car's came about (minus the ECU), already a 5-6 year old engine. That's my understanding of it anyway 
The VANOS can potentially be seen as a 'weak' point on all Z4M's, any problems on later M3's will be shared with ours at some point to a degree, it's just most of our Z's are lower mileage and younger than M3's at the moment and tend not to show these problems as yet. Things like head gaskets, VANOS parts, rod bearings, are all still prone to fail as in the M3's. I think you'd be unlucky to be honest and it's more stuff to be 'aware' of rather than worry about or let it put you off buying one, we certainly don't have it as bad as the Porsche owners of the same era!
It's a fantastic engine the S54, you won't be disappointed!
