Hey Guys - This has probably been posted before but I didn't find anything in my search so apologies if this is repetitive. Looking for some help making a decision. My price range maxes out around $11,000 USD, so I have the choice between these 3 things...

1 - A really nice /super clean 2005'sh Z4 3.0
2 - A decent 2006 Z4 3.0si
3 - 1999-2000 M Roadster

So I'm mostly trying to decide if I'd be happy with the M roadster. My main hesitation is that I'm just not a fan of the older Z3 body style. I know the M roadster is a bit different and a bit better but still don't love it.. I feel like once I got in the M roadster and felt how it drives I would forget all about the looks and wouldn't care too much. But, I've driven a Z4 3.0i and already loved how it drives anyway.

SO - Long story not so short this is my question I guess. How much different is the driving experience between a newer Z4 3.0 (maybe Si) and an older M Roadster? Like ones great while another is truly incredible? Or are they almost identical? I know this is subjective but I'm killing myself over the decision so any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I'd go Z3M roaster, prices are looking steady/ on the up and it's an M car :)

Another option is to save up a little more for a Z4M :)

Z3 is smaller so that is an factor. I`m 1.86 and the Z3 is just doable.
I wouldnt buy one as a daily car either which I would without hesitation for the Z4. If you want/ need a "M" depends on how you drive.. If you are happy with the Z4 I would not go for an M. M stands for money (spend on services and repairs)..

Late pre facelift versus early facelift.. Well, both have their pros and cons. For me it would be an matter of price, mileage and options.
