2005 headlights on a 2003/04?

The 2005 headlights added another turn indicator bulb. How can I wire this up so that it works on my 2004?

US spec have a light in the silver section as a side marker, I have fitter UK 2008 to my 2004 model and the indicator works fine.

Yep, after 2005, when they got rid of the orange, they added a third turn indicator bulb to the headlight. When I plug them them in on my 2004 car, the bulb wont light because the car isn't wired for it.

I didn't realize that the euro lights stayed the same, I wonder why.
