2005 E85 Z4 Sterling Grey very low mileage - *Price Drop* £3800

For family reasons I'm selling my much loved 2005 Z4 2.5 Roadster. Owned since new I've done 42300 miles in it with a full service history, initial BMW, latterly independents. Spec is:

Model: Z4 E85 Roadster
Engine: 2.5i
Registered: 2005
MOT: until June 2019, no advisories
Colour: Sterling grey / Black cloth roof
Interior: Black leather with electric heated seats
Mileage: 42300
Wheels: 17" Turbine
Tyres: Michelin Cross Climate (great in the snow, 7mm tread all round)

Rear springs replaced. Roof motor replaced and relocated this summer. Roof cleaned and maintained with Renovo products.

Absolutely sound mechanically and free from corrosion. Paintwork has some small scuffs as you'd expect in a car of this age and a couple of small dents but nothing that you'd notice unless you looked for it. It's a great car to drive! More pics/service history on request.

Now only £3800!
Location: Weybridge

Nice 2.5i example. One owner, low low miles, right colour - I wouldn't wait for punters to request more info; its worth throwing up more pic in the advert and a couple of the 'small dents', also details of the servicing you've had done.
GLWTS

Thanks Marlon.
Service details now included, last service was a full Service 2 in Nov 16 at K&M Auto-Techniks. In the interest of full disclosure these are the aforementioned dents, both around the front edge of the doors courtesy of careless parkers at work. I've priced below the Parkers price to reflect this.

For sure, a beautiful car, and I'm sorry I'm not in the market. GLWTS.

.....but those small dents would warrant a good lynching from me if I found anyone at work doing these!! They are so deep that the edge seams are showing through - on both sides!

Its slow at the min. I've had mine up for a few months and I'm yet to have anyone view it - I'm going to have to break mine or stick with it

I've found that Facebook marketplace yields the best results with the last 2 cars I've sold.

I put my 2.2 on one day, guy came to see it 3 days later and bought it.

Worth a punt if you've not done so already

Are you advertising this any where else? I imagine the majority on here already on a Z4 hence maybe the lack of interest? Your car looks great despite the cosmetic damage. Like many on here I am not in the market as already have one, if I didnt, I would be very interested.

Have you tried gumtree or car and classic? Both free to advertise. You may get some timewasters but you only need one genuine buyer to see it and it will be snapped up.

Apologies for commenting but at least you get a free bump. :D

Hi,
Just seen your advert, I'm looking to become a Z4 owner soon and I set myself a budget of £3000 but I was thinking I might be able to stretch to £3300 with an insurance refund off my old car, would you be interested as I am a very long way away in mid wales!
Cheers :D

This is a rarity nowadays... for the sake of a few hundred borrow the difference of yr mum & bag a minter

Hi Jane, thanks for your interest but the car sold on Sunday to a buyer from France! I'm not sure if the moderators permit this information (please remove if its not allowed) but I sold it through Pistonheads.com and had rather a lot of interest from European buyers looking to bag a car with a favourable exchange rate. Although its not convertible buying season in the UK there still seems to be a healthy market in France and Belgium to tap.

Thanks to all who offered advice.

6000 Swedish Koruna... isn’t that about £520 :poke:
