2004 Z4 - a/c and blower stopped working

Hi everyone. Hoping someone here can help me. I didn't run my z4 over the winter and the battery ran dry. After charging the battery overnight, everything seemed fine except now the a/c and blower are not working. I assumed it was a fuse issue, so I replace the following fuses:
F57
F39
F22.
The a/c and blower are still not working.
Please help!

I’m going to hazard a guess and say because of the battery issue the car is now in transport mode
 
It’s in transport mode, it need resetting by software. BMW scanner 1.4 can do it.
 
Probably duff battery, ac seems one of the first things to go.
If you have a decent reader it can show historical battery charge by percent.

Actually check my cars battery tomorrow as i only do 7 miles each way to work daily.
Can't be good for battery.
 
Foxwell scanner as option for transport mode.
Reminds me i was called at work to say my cars hazards were flashing?
When i got to car nothing, all normal.
