Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy a kit to allow me to change my gearbox oil. How is Meyle as a brand? How does this look;

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F191798237264

Thanks in advance

I not done a BMW auto but lots of others (many use the same outsourced boxes) and really wouldn't skimp on the fluid and filter. But Meyle is a 'proper' brand and German so will be fine, but I would just check out the BMW kit first as their pricing is all over the place, some items are surprisingly reasonable. Make sure the fluid spec's are top spec as ebay sellers often substitute bottom specs from a range that is suitable.

Just gave them a call. £50 odd for the filter, £16 odd for the seal, £60 for the bolts (not including the drain and fill nuts). Think I'll stick with Meyle..

Cheers

Give your local dealership a call, I always find thats the best way
