I bought my Z4 in 2017 and have added less than 8000 miles since then, averaging 110 miles per year for the last 3 years.
It runs and drives beautifully on MSport suspension with 107 Ellipsoid wheels in Ferric Grey and new Pirelli PZero NRF’s. A ZHP gear knob and CDV delete means gearshifts are precise and a recently refurbished steering column means it goes exactly where it should. The roof motor has been relocated (by Ducklakeview), so works every time, but the sale includes a Titan silver hard top.
Other features include:
Zenon headlights
Headlamp wash/wipe
Clear side / brake lights
Rear parking sensors
Black leather upholstery
Auto wipers with rain sensor
BMW Business Radio with single CD
Electric Front seats with Driver Memory
Clear rear centre brake light and side repeaters
2 keys and lots of history, last serviced in 2023 / 62,000 miles
Stubby aerial.
Overall, it’s a lovely little car, with a decent service history but it could do with some tlc in terms of:
Slight damage to the nearside front wing, caused when getting it out of the garage
Slight kerb damage to 1 wheel and 2x are marked around the valve.
Multi-change CD system has never worked
Small chip on the edge of the glass on the hard top
£5k will secure the car, and I’ll get the wheels and front wing repaired. If the buyer is prepared to do this themselves, I’ll accept £4,500. It’s currently on a private plate, but I’ll re-register it to the original CA54 plate on sale. Location: Worcestershire.
UPDATE - May ‘25. I have decided not to sell my car, but to get the work done and run keep it for (at least) another year. I don’t know how to remove the advert, and so have marked it as sold. If anyone knows hot to remove it, your advice would be appreciated.
