I am in the process of installing some eBay headers onto my 2004 E85 3.0i. I just removed the exhaust manifolds and am waiting for new hardware (studs and nuts) to finish the header installation.
My question is once I install the headers and mount all 4 O2 sensors is there anything else I need to do? Do I need to take this to a tuning shop for anything e.g adjust air/gas ratio or remove any check engine lights?
Also, there is a “hot air pump” (I believe it’s used for pumping hot air into the exhaust manifold to pre warm them), do I need to reinstall this pump after the header install or delete it?
