Hi all,

I am selling my BMW Z4 in sterling grey, 2004. The engine is the fan favourite 3.0i. This is my second car but it does get used so the mileage will increase. I have had the car for over two years now.

Summary (Note parts change within the last 2 and a half years of ownership unless otherwise stated):
- 118k miles
- Manual
- Two keys
- 10 speaker system
- Very good service history
- Heated seats
- £1,300 on parts alone for the front suspension/dampening refresh (within the last 3 months)
- Bluetooth - calls and audio
- Personalised seats (leather and alcantara), steering wheel, door cards, handbrake and gear covers which have a year left on their warranty (Over £1,650)
- Roof motor relocated
- Expansion tank replaced
- Engine block breather valve and all related pipes replaced
- New rocker cover
- New rocker cover gasket
- New oil filter house gasket
- New rear brake lines
- New front disc dust covers
- Rear tyres have about 3mm of tread
- Front tyres Goodyear F1 sym 6 with less than 100 miles on them (fitted to the car at the end of May)
- Lots of paper work
- Rear brake callipers replaced
- Inspections have been completed by BMW specialist since I had the car
- Comes with a storm cover (worth £250 new)
- OEM working SAT-NAV
- CD player/radio
- Isofix
- Aftermarket black grill but I have the original silver one
- I have paper work for all the money I spent on the car
- Approximately 10 months MOT

The body does have age related marks but mechanically it is very good.

As well as the car cover I will also throw in alcantara cleaner for the seats, roof cleaner, C110 code reader and other fluids I won't need once I sell the car.

These are the things I can think of at the top of my head. I have spent around what I paid for the car on it since I had it (only had the car for almost 2.5 years)

So you have got this far I know you are still interested, I am looking for £3,900. I am not desperate to sell so no stupidly low offers please. I am based in Warwickshire.

This looks like a great buy for somebody.

If it is still around in a few weeks then I’m having it (as soon as I get a garage back).

The car is still available.

Only had one viewing so far. The person and his brother in law (who was a mechanic) were very impressed with the car and they said it was nice and tight to drive.

Sadly when the young gentleman went away and did the maths, things didn't add up.

If people would like more information about the car please feel free to ask and I'll add it to the thread.

For your info, as you’ve asked about BHP on a couple of posts:

Pre-facelift 2003-2005 M54 engine
2.2i 168bhp, 2.5i 189bhp, 3.0i 228bhp

Post-facelift 2006-2008 N52 engine
2.5i 174bhp, 2.5Si 215bhp, 3.0i 215bhp (US only), 3.0Si 261bhp

These are Wikipedia values. It is generally accepted that the M54 pre-facelift outputs 231bhp, 2.5Si 216bhp and 3.0Si 265bhp.
