2004 BMW Z4 2.5i. 117,000 miles.
Now with brand new MOT (no advisories).

This car comes with the usual Z4 specification along with some optional extras such as: heated black leather seats, xenon headlights, electric windows, climate control, electric roof, electric heated mirrors, rear parking sensors, CD multi changer, 17" alloy wheels, tyre pressure monitoring system.

New rear tyres in July ‘17 (done 3k since), new front tyres 2 weeks ago, new brake discs and pads all round and a full four wheel alignment done in July/August ‘17. New shock absorber replaced in Feb ‘18. Drives beautifully. Lots of money spent recently. Next service due in approx 11.5k miles according to the OBC.

Previously the car has had a replacement roof motor to fix the common failure issue - I have been told this was a later sealed version by the previous owner. The roof itself has been coded to open and close from key - useful when walking back to the car or when parking up. There is a small dent to rear wing and scuff to rear bumper as per pictures along with some small marks around the car commensurate with age. The alloys are slightly curbed although do not detract from the look of the car. Driver's leather seat slightly worn. Good overall condition and lovely to drive. Comes with the private plate. Bundle of previous receipts for work done over the years. Comes with two remote keys. Will also come with a fitted roof cover and Perspex BMW logo wind deflector as in pictures.

Currently used as a second car so mileage will increase. Genuine reason for sale - I have a new BMW M140i and this hasn’t really been used. Driven about 300 miles since October.

Welcome any viewings.

Do people think that I have priced this too high? I've not had much interest and when it was on eBay all I got was stupidly low offers (mainly below £2k!).

Welcome any thoughts :)

If it was mint with that spec the price would be good even at that mileage, but unfortunately things add up in a buyers mind, wheel refurb' £60-80 each, dings and scratches with magic/painless repair are £50 -80 each, then a seat redress. With a shortish MOT, over 100k miles and winter coming its not making a tempting buy unless it's super cheap.

You say you are happy to keep it, you know the car and have obviously done some jobs so unless you want to give it away i'd keep for the autumn sun, SORN it over winter, give it some TLC and enjoy

hi. does it have a wind deflector?

It has a BMW logo Perspex wind deflector as seen in the picture below. Not the best picture so let me know if you would like a better one taken.
