I'm selling my Sterling Grey 54 plate (registered September 2004) Z4 3.0SE.
It's a high spec car with almost every option having been added and cost over £36k when new. The list is as follows

6disc cd changer
Professional Carver Hi Fi
18 (108 style) alloys
Cruise control
Electric folding mirrors
Grad tinted windscreen
Metallic paint
Park distance control
Storage compartment pack
Wind deflector
Xenon headlamps
Heated seats

The car has approx 43000miles and full BMW service history. Next service is due in approx 7,500 miles.
All 4 tyres are approx 3 months old and are Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas - so no run flats for a smoother, less harsh ride. I carry 2 tins of Tyreweld (which National Tyres can clean out) - both tins included.
The Roof works perfectly and I regularly treat it with Renovo Ultraproofer so the water beads on the roof when it rains (unless it is completely drenched)
Clear side repeaters and a white rear third brake light have replaced the orange repeaters and red brake light.
2No run flat tyres for the front are also available to the buyer - I had to replace them since I was putting non-rfts on the rear. Approx 4mm of tread on those tyres (225x40x18)
I have a spare 18" alloy (ellipsoid style) available to the buyer for an additional £60 if required. If not, it'll be on ebay once the car is gone.
I'm the 3rd owner (V5 doc states 2 former keepers)
All previous MOT certificates available along with numerous receipts and documents from both local dealer and the one I bought the car from. I bought the car as an approved used BMW from Preston Hall BMW in Stockton on Tees. I have the receipts from the dealer showing what I paid for the car.

I'm selling because I need more seats and while I love the Z4, I can't really keep it forever

If anyone has any further questions then either post them here or if you'd prefer to keep it private, pm me.
I can take further pictures of any particular part of the car for anyone.

I'm in the Glasgow Area and looking for £12,200ono

Hi all

I still have the above car for sale.
Now MOTd until Feb2011 but on a SORN notice so no tax.

Price reduced again - now at £11400 or nearest offer.

M9 - no SatNav I'm afraid...but I'll throw in a Garmin if it'll make a difference!!

If you check the link in my earlier message you can view some pics. Mileage has moved on a bit - now at around 44,000 and now around 7,000 miles to next service

No takers?
Surprising having seen similar cars go for similar money to mine....I've not even had a PM!!!

Good colour, fbmwsh, hi spec, lo mileage - everything people would want

What's wrong with it?

Open to sensible offers - it's too nice a car to be sitting in my drive doing nothing.

I assume you have it on Pistonheads Classifieds and the Autotrader..?
I'm keen to see what sort of money these are going for as mine may be up soon...

Nothing is wrong with it, you have some keen competition pricewise from a chap desperate to sell but his hasn't sold yet even at the slightly lower price (it's lower but not a million miles away from yours).

Where are you located? Scotland? Not sure why I think this but if it is the case then the location might not be helping, there are a lot south of the border that people will find more convenient.

Anyway, a bump for you as it looks to be a nice car.

Not necessarily the case but I know where you're coming from. The Scottish market is obviously limited by the population but the prices north of the border actually seem to be a bit stronger than England due to the amount of available cars. I've bought my last 2 cars in England due to the better prices and greater availability of well specced cars. You do have to show more patience in Scotland to achieve your price I think.

Thanks guys.

In almost contradiction to what you've said about the Scottish Market etc (although I do agree with you) I seem to have a buyer travelling from England on Tuesday.

All going to plan I should have the car sold by Tuesday evening.

cheers for the bump andf info :)

Is this still for sale?

Exactly what I am looking for - shame your so far away

WORTH THE DRIVE IF ITS WHAT YOU WANT!

i drove 240miles for mine, and im guessing thats not the furthest people have done

Normally I agree! Did a 8 hour round trip last weekend to look at one and it wasn't as described so been slightly put off!

Sold this morning to forum meber who travelled from Wales to buy it.

Exactly as described and what he wanted. No haggling on the price and took it away.

Happy seller and happy buyer.
