As much as I really love my mint Roadster, I have fallen for the Coupe. So, my low mileage immaculate car is for sale. It has had one previous owner (original 2004 - 2013) who only used it during the summer and rarely even got it wet. If a condition scale of 10/10 is as it left the factory, then this is a genuine 9.9 and I would go out on a limb and say the best available. It is superb in every respect and drives and handles perfectly. It has a touched up stone chip and a small barely noticeable mark on the front RH wing. As can be seen from the service history, even though it hasn’t done many miles, it has been serviced and extremely well looked after. So, here goes:

Only selling to buy a Coupe, so if it doesn’t sell it is not a drama and I’m happy to keep it and put some more miles on. If you have a similar condition Coupe and would like to trade the other way I would consider it, although it must be a 3.0 or a 3.2 with high spec and proper history. Hate the word "mint", but think it applies for that car. Great example, and I think that £8k is reasonable for the mileage :thumbsup:
 
Very nice.....but 8k is strong money. However it really does look stunning. Have you thought about fixing the marked wing ?

I appreciate all the comments, keep them coming. Forgot to mention the Xenons and washers, plus has an AUX in socket and a Brodit phone mount. The mark I mention would not be seen by most, I would need to point it out. It doesn't bother me but if you know it's there then it may bug someone else.
Like I said, only looking to change to a Coupe and don't have useable space to garage both, so really need to move the Roadster first. I wouldn't normally use the word mint, but this is an exception and I may regret letting it go. As for £8K, well we all have to start somewhere and this is stunning for any age of car.

It's had a recent BMW battery and the wheels are unmarked! Cant stress enough that this is as new :D
 
Hi mate - really lovely car . We did exchange PM's a month or so ago when I posted I was thinking of selling my zed - mine could arguably be described as "mint " ( although I really don't like using this term ) a higher spec but twice your mileage at 29k :rofl: and I was hoping to get £7.5k which like your's makes the value purists among us scoff ( no offence intended to anyone) . The point I'm trying to make is yes . anyone will probably find a 2004 SE for a grand less but you can be sure they'll end up with a car that has done 60k miles + ( that's not just the engine but every other part ie brakes , clutch etc - will almost certainly be need an Inspection 2 , tyres , brakes etc which will bump up the cost . On top of this they would be hard pressed to find a genuine car that is one owner , FBMW history and totally original . Taking all this in to consideration your asking price , as a private sale is probably about right - in a reputable garage with that mileage and pedigree the forecourt price would be nearer £9k. Realistically though any car is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it - except if you buy from a dealer where most people are happy to pay over the odds ( usually a mark up of £1500 ) for so called peace of mind and a dodgy warranty. I really hope you get the asking price or close to it as it really is a lovely car.

I learnt just this week when looking for an M3, that a large number of dealer adverts are totally fictitious and the cars were either sold long ago or flagged as sold for silly money. ...(or both)
