2003 Z4 M?

Please see the pictures below. This is an '03 but it has some add ons that I have never seen before. Note the non standard front, back end tail lights, and spoiler. Are these after market add ons or was this some type of 2003 M model?

I dont think a Z4M was available in 2003 which is why Alpina offered an alternative. When the Z4M was brought out the Alpina Roadster halted production.

Full OEM Aero body kit which includes front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper and spoiler. Rear lights have been modified too but they're not OEM.

Z4M not available until 2006.

Well they might actually be a part manufactured by BMW but the lenses have been modified if that is the case.
