Is it true that my Z4 would have lost BHP since 2003. To me it drives ok and accelerates really well, but do you think it would have lost BHP since 2003. If so how do I get it back to 231bhp or increase it

It will probably be due a vanos seal refresh.

Pm Ducklakeview on here he can sort it and have your motor running tip top again

I've just been reading about the Vanos units and actually I think mine is ok. I can't hear the engine as it idles and off the line it's mind blowing. Saying all that I'm not a mechanic and I'm not a Z4 expert lol. However the roof motor really does need to be moved
