Photo%2023-11-2013%2015%2046%2008.jpg

For sale is my 2003 BMW Z4 3.0i Roadster

• Sterling Grey
• 106,000 miles (although it is used daily so this will creep up)
• MOT - 13/02/2015
• 3 litre, Straight 6, 231bhp engine
• 6 Speed Manual
• 2 Keys

I bought this car from Tommy_C on the forum a year and 10k miles ago but have finally conceded that I need more space for mountain bikes etc. (Although I do have picture evidence to show that a road bike can fit in the boot!)

Since buying it, it has had the following work carried out (with all receipts to prove ):

Inspection 2 service (Autotechnik BMW Specialist) including replacement of the following (I wanted to give it a full suspension refresh)
All front and rear ARB bushes, ARB drop links, Rear trailing arm bushes and rear trailing arms. All carried out 13/2/14
Continental Sport Contact 5 all round (currently with 6mm front and 5mm rear tread) - 21/03/14
Front brake pads, discs and NSF calliper - 07/03/14
Front and rear wheel bearings and O/S driveshaft - 03/04/14

Below is a copy + paste of the original advert post as it was well put together but I've updated the sections to reflect the cars current condition etc.

Bad bits...
The car does have a few marks/imperfections on it which are detailed below. It’s in great condition given the age/mileage and personally I’d consider them expected wear and tear but I’d rather be as honest as possible in the advert

Minor Kerbing to all 4 wheels (No corrosion, brand new September 2012)
Deep scratch, approx 1” long, on the rear bumper
Scratch on drivers door by handle (smart repairable)
Scuff on bottom edge of front bumper
Slight discolouring of leather on drivers seat R/H bolster
The bumper/bonnet have never been resprayed, so are a little stone chipped
Patch of lacquer peeled off, approx. 2” x 0.5” behind drivers door (smart repairable)

Finally, it will need handbrake shoes for the next MOT as it's down to the last few clicks on the handbrake.

Available for viewing in LE65 (home) or LE10 (work).

Tommy_C's original post with pictures can be found here... http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=58130

I will add up to date images when I get chance and can take requests for any certain areas you'd like to see.

Cheers

Good luck , if there is a better paint colour than Sterling Grey for the E85 then i haven't seen it
Give the seats a good going over with liquid shoe polish on foam applicator , then remove that from your "bad points"

Good idea, will give it a try  (although I should have done that when I got it so I could enjoy the results eh!

Its the first thing i do when i get a car with black leather especially so with BMW 's as they seem more prone to wear marks than Audi leather :o
Anyhow the cheapo poundland stuff will do the job & the areas that are the worst just do a few times , major improvement for minimum outlay & effort
