2003 - Z4 3.0 - Misfire ? No codes

Hello All,

Wondering if anyone can help me on this one or point me in the correct direction.
So the car starts fine and idles okay can't see or hear anything wrong.

The lets call it "misfire" or "stutter" happens when I try to accelerate but not all the time. (It will stutter and then open up)
I ran a reader on the car but didn't come back with anything.
I let the car warm up ect before driving it.

Further info -
Spark plugs changed in 2019 around 30k been completed since then.
DISA flap has been upgraded to the X8R in 2019.

Code readers I have are -
LAUNCH X431 ELITE
Creator C310+

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had similar issues on a 2.5i- the coil packs were the fault: I got my hands on some, swapped them around and it sorted the issue

However that’s only one thing it may be I don’t advocate you going out buying a load of coils…!

I've ordered new Spark plugs as these are due a change.
In regards to coil packs I've got some of these on the way as well to do some testing with.
Hopefully this resolves my issues!

If this Fails may open up the DISA to check it over and make sure its clean and moving as it should.

And if this fails think of something else aha
This weekend is sorted, all parts arriving before then
 
You should be able to watch the misfire counter live with the Launch to pinpoint which cylinder it is.
 
Thanks I will give that a try !
The code reader is new tech so learning all the time!
Ordered a few coils so hopefully should be able to sort it and get it on the road again.
