Hi everyone, airbag light on again. Last time I had to go to the main dealer = long wait and high cost so I decided to buy a BMW Autofix 7910 scanner and try to fix it myself. Scanner reported a list of issues mostly around no message from satellite B pillar left faults 93BB, 93B1, 93B7, 93C7. I have no idea where this unit is located, what it does or what the fault might be. If anyone has any ideas or advice, it would be much appreciated!
Thanks.

I couldn’t tell you what the codes mean exactly, but if you google each one individually I’m sure you’d be able to get some sort of answer regarding what they mean.
The satellite b pillar left (SBSL) module is located just behind the left door by the floor. It is quite easy to get to if you need to replace it, but the passenger seat might need to come out for easier access. That is if it does need replacement, which I wouldn’t know. Have you tried to clear the codes? Which ones came back?
Also, check to see if the connectors under the seats are connected, and check to see if any fuses are blown.

Where are you?
What part number is the SBSL? The Autophix will tell you that if you select SBSL and version information
