2003 3.0i In Montana

I have a 2003 3.0i Z4 (5 years) and a 1998 2.8 Z3 (12 Years). I live in Bozeman MT and would be happy to give advise about travel to the Big Sky Country. Greats road a very few police for the 100s of thousands of mile in Montana.
I know some the frustrations of owning BMWs but still love the ride.
 
Welcome to the forum! Also an '03 3.0 owner for just over 5 years but on this side of the pond!

Please do post some pics and some travel advice, I am often in the US for work as well as to see friends and family but I've only been to a few states (FL, MI, CA, NV, AZ, CO, UT, TX) - I've not yet been to Montana so some photos/stories might mean I try out those roads!

Last trip was earlier this year when I went to Utah - a lovely place and some nice roads there, but I was in a rented Jeep and that was a business trip...
 
...and I could give some advice about 1,000's of miles of wet, slippery roads in the UK, covered in leaves and littered with potholes, speed cameras and speed bumps, if you fancy a trip this way :roll:

Never made it to Montana but heard some nice stories. I lived in Orange County, CA for 3 years back in the 80's. Wonder how many others on here have a US connection... :?
