S Swami Member Jul 19, 2009 #1 Has anyone remapped their Zed? I wouldn't have thought it would make much difference, out of curiosity I found this place and they claim 20 extra bhp: http://www.more-bhp.com/z-series/bmw-roadster-z4-30i-231-remap.html Surely this isn't possible / advisable?

5 52 CAL Member Surrey Jul 21, 2009 #4 I have had quotes from dms claiming to gain 21bhp, and evolve claiming 15 bhp - decided to steer clear as I thought these figures were unrealistic, and certainly not worth the price tag... For power gains, best try a full exhaust perhaps.

S Swami Member Jul 21, 2009 #5 I don't think I would tarnish my baby with it to be honest, especially not with the insurance to deal with and worry of failure afterwards. But i'd love to see if it made a decent difference!
