2.5 Si rear brake discs

Hi, was looking to buy some rear discs and pads for my 2006 2.5 Si. Would be looking at Pagid or Brembo etc so not looking to upgrade but realise that they are a different size to 2.5 ones. Can anyone point me in the direction of what size I need or maybe where I could find them for a decent price?

Thanks

Adam

Eurocarparts will tell you the size when you input your registration and are good on price, particularly if you catch one of their 20% or 30% sales.

If they don't have a sale you might get a slightly better price from carparts4less.co.uk (basically the same but no shops to go to).

Good stuff, thanks for the replies. I'll have a look round tonight, see if eBay have anything as well

Cheers

I cant help you with the sizes, but I got my Brembo disks and pads from BuyCarParts.co.uk I got coated disks and the
pads from them they much cheaper than GSF or Eurocarparts

Just ordered some mate or would of checked them out. BTW your Zed looks awesome what wheels/size you running? Mines up for sale but I may take if off and mod it a little and keep for another year

Thanks. They are fox motorsport ms007 in carbon grey, they are a staggered set of 19's 8.5 fronts 9.5 rears

Cheers, I think I might just get something like them...was looking at Avant Garde M359 ones as well. A friend has them on his 335i which looks sweet

I have brembo discs on the back of my Z4, I took the first pair back as they had poor consistency in the thickness of the disc to vent, if you put a screwdriver through the centre and rotate the disk whilst inspecting the disc wall thickness you can often find a variation, and sometimes the disk walls are thinner on one side to the other!

Also watch out for a large machined indent where they balanced the disc, it's a good idea to ask to see a few and pick the most consistent ones.
