2.5 or 3.0 - the urge is now a need!

Hi All,

What a year eh!

So, some long promised funds have landed in my back pocket and what better way to end the year than to treat myself to a car that I have lusted after for 15 ish years. Some kids has Ferrari posters - not me - it was a BMW Z1 poster!

Seeing as the Z1 is a little out of budget its time to get a Z4, to love, cherish, and work on with my 7 year old son "helping".

Lets face it, when you are a family man you have two choices when you need peace, buy a weekend car to work on in the garage, or escape to the toilet and pretend to be constipated for a 5 minute break from the family.

Anyway - I digress

WANTED - Must haves
2.5 or 3.0 (prefer 3.0 or 2.5si)
Service history - either stamps or receipts for service items (this is really important to me)
Manual

DESIRABLE
Wind deflector
sports seats
heated seats
roof motor relocated
non-runflats
<100k miles
Red Interior
springs, brakelines etc all looked after with receipts etc
A charity donation to me of a Z4M coupe because you laughed at my joke about constipation because it rang true with you.

Obviously with lockdown and tiers at level 423 happening at the moment its not easy, and i respect peoples space and isolation. But for the right car I am willing to wait

My budget is between 4-5k
I am based in Peterborough but willing to travel for the right car (if 100+ miles would be good to see a video of it running etc before setting off)

Only 5 mins! You can do better than that. I do as much as I can possibly bear before the pins and needles in my legs become intolerable!

There's only so long I can sit there surround by the small of my own sh*t, hence the search for a Z4...

I do however commend you on your efforts.

Your e85 looks like just what I'm after... you selling ?? :rofl:

Oh, I don't even go for a s**t. I just sit there! God, I hope my missus is not reading this :rofl:

Good choice of car though. The 3.0si is a peach - close to the M on torque to weight ratio, only really loses out >5,000rpm.
