2.5 and 3.0 stock muffler/silencer the same?

Hey guys can anyone confirm whether the 2.5 and 3.0 share the same exhaust?

I'm looking for a spare on from wreckers and have found a 2.5 so far.

You wouldnt happen to be in Australia?

For future reference, the 2 have different part numbers but diagram wise look exactly the same.

Maybe the internals are different (not important for me as I was planning on gutting it ).

If anyone has a modded/DLV box they want to pan off let me know!

The mounts are different between facelift & earlier cars, they will fit but you have to space the mounts to fit an si exhaust on a pre fl car
