Hi just got the new seal from BMW it came with the large seal and a smaller seal. Had a quick look and can see that in the middle of the rocker/valve cover there is a smaller gasket. I have a couple of questions if anyone has done this before:
1. Do I need to replace the rubber grommets around the bolts? Some say yes some say no.... never have before but thought i'd ask
2. Do you need any sealant or just replace and torque back up? Found hundreds of 6 cylinder how to's but no 4 cylinder guides.
3. The picture of the gasket at EuroDisney seems to have 4 O rings with the kit but didn't come with the genuine article i got from BMW, what are they for and do i need to request them separately from BMW or are they not required?
