Welcome z4alfie.
It's probably already configured.
1) Press the centre button on your key to lock the car
2) Press and hold the unlock button, the windows should open and the roof come down, keep holding until it is all the way down.
3) Practice this so that you can look cool walking to your car - make sure you get the range right or you will look a complete prat. :wink:

Thanks for the information, I have tried to see if it is already configured but no joy. I have the number for a local fella who is a former BMW Master Technician, Ill try him. I will take some pics tomorrow and post them here....... in case I need more info in the future :roll: thanks. It is the first Z4 I have owned and I have to say I totally love it. We have a brand new TT arriving on Friday and I have to say it will need to be something special to remove the grin that has formed on my face since I got my Z4
