Before swapping out the roof motor, eliminate the variables first. Check the fusing and verify that the mechanism is free to move unhindered. Does the latching mechanism begin to unlock when you depress the button? If not, then fusing/wiring may be the issue.
Hi, just bought a 06 plate z4 about a week ago, went onto the motorway yesterday and when I got to around 75 - 80 mph, there's an unbareable high pitch noise as if wind is hurling threw. Wondering if anybody else has had this problem? And any advise. Thanks.
