I was going to order from BM but they didn't feel comfortable letting me buy those sizes together? I really can't see there being an issue, is anyone running these before i order them? :D

The width and profile should be perfectly fine on that wheel size. The Z4M has 9 inch wide wheels with 255mm wide tires stock, 265 on a 9.5 is pretty much the same.

Nearly, mine are 19x9.0 ET34 with 265/30s. The width with 9.5" rims is also fine as I have 265/35/18s on 9.5" rims on my coupe.

My 19x9.0 ET34 with 265/30s are on my non-M 3.0i roadster. ET is 34 and you're proposing ET33 which is near enough the same. Where did you get ET45 from? :?

Its actually not near enough ;) 9.5 ET34 extend 7mm more than 9" ET34.

I have tried my 10x19 ET41 (extends the same as 9.5 ET35 ) with 3mm spacers. So 10" ET38 vs. 9.5 ET33 = 9.5" will retract 1mm.
I had a tiny rub on the outside when using the spacers. The tires was 265/30-19 Michelin PSS. the PSS are pretty wide.

I have also tried 9,5" ET35 with Nankang NSII 275/30-19-. Also a tiny rub.

I always use this offset calculator http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator#

Mine are 9.5'' ET40 with 265/30/19 rears and they are pretty much flush on my non ///M. The outer clearance on an et33 would push the wheel 7mm outwards so it depends on if you have/planned lowering. My inner clearance is also just about on the limit but yours would have 7mm more space so that would be fine.

It seems they will be ok, even with lowering  http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&p=518346#p518346
