Hi all, so I have for sale a set of 19inch Hub alloys. They are staggered with the rears being 9.5 and the fronts 8.5 wide. They are freshly powder coated with decent tread. I would like £600 for them
I will take better pics tomorrow of all 4 wheels and tread depth. I have put some more pics up after having them re-balanced

Thanks Doc, I'm having trouble uploading more pics, I'll try again tomorrow.

Hmmm, provisionally interested but will wait for tyre brand and tread depths.

And Mr Wilks to confirm they'll fit an E89

Fronts are Nankang 235/35/19 with 5-6mm of tread
Rears are Mazzini 265/30/19 with 5mm of tread
I can't see any offsets but they came off a Z4 E85 3.0si and sat very nice
I have looked on the Hub wheels site and they are the V.5 version

I have asked around and been told they'll fit an E89 as well as an E85

I think he is referring to the amount of weight on the wheel. It could be that who ever balanced it kept over weighting one side and then compensated by adding to the other. And then did that a few times.

No wheel should need that light weight, there much be 200g + on that wheel.

From memory I was told by a fitter once that a 19” wheel should need about 40g which good tyres.

Ok, appreciate your clarity. I had them powder coated and that's how they came back. I will get them redone properly

Appreciate that, thanks. I had a think over the weekend and I'll give these a miss - good luck with the sale though, they do look nice.

No problem, just to let anyone know that may be interested that I have had them rebalanced and I have new pics for those that may be interested. The tyre man said that maybe the wheel machine wasn't set properly between the wider rears and fronts hence the excessive use of weights.
