Will these fit a 2006 3.0?

Your are looking at 4 BBS / BMW rims with Pirelli tires off my 2006 BMW 750li. The rims looks great with only very minor wear scratches. The tires still have tons of life. They are Pirelli 210 Snowsport. They look a little dirty in the pictures...sorry...I live in DC and the snow has been impossible. As I am no expert, I'll list other info found on the wheels: (AR 188), (ASA), (Revolution), (VIA 690 KG). I have listed everything available but please feel free to send me any questions. Thanks for looking!
 
BMW Style 197 wheels are off a E90 3 series...

Specs are here:

3er E90 ff.

Front: 8x18 225/40R18, Offset: 34, Weight: 11.23
Rear: 8.5x18 255/35R18, Offset: 37,Weight: 11.93

Specs for an 18" for a Z4 (Style 108):

Z4 E85 ff.

Front: 8x18 225/40R18, Offset: 47, Weight: 11.23
Rear: 8.5x18 255/35R18, Offset: 50, Weight: 11.93

As for whether they will fit... over to someone else :D
 
I like those.

But based on Gannets details they shouldnt fit like that.

The lower offset should have they sticking well outside of the arches :?
