1944 to 2014 Amazing!

This is one of the most fascinating forwards I've ever received... I kept going back and forth on each picture and was totally mesmerized! Now this is an incredible use of technology... Like traveling back in time!

Directions: Just click on the photo anywhere and it will become 2014. Click again and it will go back to 1944; or you can left click and hold on each photo, and then drag your mouse gently from left to right on the original photograph and it will become a photo of the exact same location and view in 2014. Drag it back to the left and you are back in 1944!

That is amazing. I have never seen anything morph like that. Absolutely fascinating to see those old photos like that and in a modern context.
 
That's excellent ,the pictures of Moreton in Marsh bring back memories I lived there in the early 90's. Thanks for sharing.

That was one of the more interesting ones for me too, knowing it fairly well and made me wonder what was going on? arms and ammunition awaiting collection for the front line? but why Moreton in the Marsh a small rural town in the middle of nowhere, but it is on the Fosse.
 
That really is very good, remarkable that most of the buildings remain
 
Wow that's quite spooky seeing the soldiers disappear on the beech, I wonder how many of the poor souls never came back.
