19" Wheel Fitment

Hi,

Am currently running 18" staggered 108's on my E85 2004 3.0i Z4

I'm looking at some 19" wheels:
8.5Jx19 ET37
9.5Jx19 ET33

Using an online tool I and have calculated the offset difference to be:
17mm wider on the front
30mm wider on the rear
(Wheels will stick out further on front and rear)

Does anyone know if these will fit before I part with my cash?

Thanks,
Dave

I'm running those widths on 18" Et38 front and ET35 rear with no issues. Yours will stick out 1mm more front and 2mm rear. Front should be fine. If you are lowered you should get away with rear too. On regular suspension they would look pretty pokey at the rear.

My car is an ///M, lowered with Eibach pro kit and I have
Front 19" x 8.5 ET 30, ( 235 x 35 x 19) ,
Rear 19 x 9.5 ET 15 ( 275 x 30 x 19)
No issues at all even with the agressive offsets.

Z4MO, You don't post enough pictures of that lovely Z !

Thank you, I think I should make an effort after making all the changes however I lack the artistic flair that would do the car justice when it comes to photography.
I took it out after a month for the mot test which it sailed through and the drive was exhilarating but its back in the garage now. I will make an effort to get some pics up soon. Thanks again GP it's appreciated

Thanks - Would you suggest the eibach lowering kit, which I believe drops the car 30mm front and rear?

Cheers,
Dave

Yes I'm happy with the eibachs - I got mine off fleabay here >

Here's a good link to a fitment calculator, make sure you input the figures correctly and it will give you an accurate guide to inner and outer clearances.
