I posted about this last week. I'm not too sure to be honest? They will fit on an ///M model, but not sure about a regular Z4. I think it depends on what tyres are used and how much you mind them filling the arches?

They won't fit guys! I'm certain of this. The fronts will be no problem, it's just the rears.

But if they do I have 2 sets for sale :D

The rears will fit. It's been done before.

Where abouts are you based? Did you say you have two sets of 19" M3 alloys available? What are the chances that i could drive to you and try them on my car once and for all? If they fit, i could be very interested in them.

This Z4's lowered. On stock suspensions the wheels shouldn't rub the fenders unless driven aggressively and going over large bumps, if you can get over the over-hang look that many people consider ghetto.

But these are Z4M wheels which are 9J ET30, the M3 19's are 9.5J ET27 son that is a difference of 16mm each wheel. :o

So they do fit but they rub, surely that means they don't fit!!

Right round up I have 2 genuine sets for sale. :D

I even got the Z4MC to bottom out on the CSLs I had during my 2nd North Wales trip - yes I was going quickly and yes I did hit a heavy compression, but it was nothing worse than the 'Ring's Fuchsröhre - but that's down to the suspension being standard rather than the wheels not fitting. :D

If you go over large bumps at 30mph stock wheels rub too. If you drive aggressivly enough the Z4's stock front wheels would rub the inner fender liners, too. I guess that means stock wheels don't fit then?

Go and take a look at how wide the Z4's rear wheel gap is between the tire and the fender. It doesn't really matter how much the wheels stick out past the fenders when driven regularly or even fairly aggressively. But since the wheels do stick out past the fenders, of course the tires would rub the fender edges when you go over bumps fast enough that cause the rear springs to compress drastically.

I think maybe the point is - whlist the stock wheels may rub in extreme situations (though I'm not 100% convinced they would); larger 19" wheels will rub in less extreme and perhaps 'normal' situations where the stock wheels wouldn't.

When I used to mess about with old minis I would change the shape and profile of the wheel arches to allow the larger, or wider wheels to fit (luckily the mini had arches that covered up all the butchering!).

Anyway, along with the CSL's they're probably the best looking 'non-standard' wheels I've seen. Would look great cruising in LA or Miami - not sure about in the lanes around Tunbridge Wells!!! h
