19" csl wheels offset advice needed!

Finally found some CSL style wheels that are in stock, just checking to see if anyone is running the below setup and if they have any issue with rubbing etc.

Was also thinking about lowering the suspension with the eibach pro kit.

2.0 m sport

Front 8.5 - et38 - 235/35/19 Front
Rears 9.5 - et45 - 265/30/19 Rear
