19" 220 style m3 rims on a 2004 z4

i recently ordered m3(2008-2013) 220 style rims on my 2004 2.5i z4. the specs are:
19" x 8.5", 5 Lug, 120mm Bolt Pattern, 29mm Offset (front)
19" x 9.5", 5 Lug, 120mm Bolt Pattern, 23mm Offset (rear)

font tires 245/35/19
rear tires 265/35/19

am i going to need fender bending and coilovers?
what are your suggestions to make these rims fit?
i am only driving city roads. i will not take this car to the tracks

I'd imagine you'd need a fair bit of camber and you'll need to roll the arches.

Look up Marius his old car had wheels that were too wide and it'll give you an idea of the look

Well 'slammed' as you call it!

I have et27 on mine and the rear and the arches needed rolling. And et 41 fronts with a 12mm spacer and they can catch the plastic on the bumper.
