18inch M3 style alloys / refurbed E85 E86 SOLD

A square set up of 4 x 8.5j et 45 so good fitment for all non M E85 & E86 Z4s
Just been blasted & powdercoated so looking good . 1 has a small flat spot on backside but its not buckled & will balance for front or rear fitment

They look lovely!

Had hoped they were e9X M3 220M style 18", but can only find non staggered versions.

What front tyre would provide enough alloy protection? My old coupe had 8.5 all round & there was a visible edge to the alloy with the std tyre size on Vred sensation - ie if I brushed a kerb, there was no chance of the tyre hitting it

Looking to either refurb the wife's alloys but seems daft refurbing reps when I can buy them new again for less money...but cannot locate the 220M style alloy in 18" with 8 & 8.5 width. Wife can kerb them by looking at them, so need the wider tyre for her on the front.

ideally 245 40 18s or possibly 235 ,
225s will fit but as you say there is less rim protection due to the slight stretch
You can also up the profile to 45 if you wanted more comfort & protection
