18" tyre sizes

I purchased some 18" CSL reps from CM Wheels. The front wheels are 18x8 and the rears are 18x8.5

My first question is what is the correct tyre sizes for the front and rear to keep the speedo the same as my 17" Z4 wheels.

I have decided I would like Goodyear Eagle f1's all round but I want to make sure they are not runflat ones? I will be purchasing from Tyre leader.

Ordered 225/40 R18 for the fronts and 255/35 R18 for the rears. Cant wait to get the goodyears on the new wheels!
