Oem m3 260m v8 18s = rare as rocking horse poop

HDR101z4_zpsgir8djvx.jpg

These are top of my list, but more so the 219m, as they come up slightly cheaper, the 260m is the one made in Italy isn't it? Is there any difference in the fitement between the 2 wheels and are they a straight swap? Or would i have to modify things?

the 219 is bbs the 260m is cromodora - italy .. both are identical sizes, but sadly they won't work on the z4m without some pretty extensive changes to the suspension / a track based geo setup.. infact I've been talking to someone via pm who purchased a set and is now having to sell them.... :-( For this reason i suspect these will remain rare on the z4 platform. However once you've got it all setup right they really add to the cars handling, they are light and add significant track width also, i LOVE them!

Better take them off my list then, such a nice wheel!

Out at the weekend...

Z4mc_aberfoyle_zpsu7ufvxjo.jpg

They genuine BBS or reps?

They are reps.
My man maths calculator won't allow me to drop £6k on wheels/tyres, not yet anyway...

I don't think i would do that even if i had the money, not on our roads any ways

What profiles you running on them by the way? A lot of meat on the tyre

Kingash, yep we've got bad roads hence 18s for my choice, I went for the meaty nascar look for extra sidewall to go with eibachs springs, I think the tyres are 225/45 front and 265/40 rears. The ride is firm but pliant. Could have went down 5 on profiles but obviously would be firmer still.

These are my current wheels just standard 224m, a few people have just suggested lowering, spacers and returb in a new colour, haven't seen many darker cars with darker shade wheels, if anyone has any pics that would be good to see too.

This is a pic from the car in FS section , i thin k it looks terrific with the matt black 224s

I have that pic saved on my phone, that is another option, black wheels, some new clean centre caps, eibach springs and spacers. My cheapest and easiest option

Apex ARC-8 rims

Z4M-Apex-wheels.jpg

Been talking to CA about the Apex wheels, are you lowered at all? Did they sort the tyres out too or you get them separate?
I'm using an Eibach/Bilstein kit which does lower the car a little, from memory about 20mm rear and 10mm front. I sourced the tyres separately from tyre leader.co.uk

That's what ive enquired about as your car looks spot on, they have offered me a slight discount on the eibach springs too and cheers il have a look, do you mind if i ask what tyres you have on?
