So you may have noticed, I've not been around for some time. With having a new job and something totally different to anything I have done before, I have been left with little time.

Since starting my new job in car sales my Z4M has covered less than 2000 miles. Im working very long hours but the industry continues be a huge eye opener.

The first thing i learnt it how much people lie, wowzers! It's crazy and I can safely say customers are far worse than any salesmen I know! The second thing is, how little profit (I'm generalising here) a car can make, nothing like the thousands I imagined.

As you may remember I started working selling Honda, Ive now moved (within group) to SEAT Blackpool. I have to say SEAT is much more my thing, young, energetic, passionate! Also the Leon is an amazing car (FR 1.4tsi).

So anyway thought I would pop in and say hi, I'm going to do my best to get some more zed time.

I think the current trend for many to lease/PCP/rent mid range cars at seemingly cheap monthly money has made the used sales market between £7k/£12k pretty tough , probably easier in Audi's/Bmws & Mercs as these brands will always lure buyers who aren't interested in other brands & can't afford the higher lease costs on new ones .
Crack on & wish you big success

I love it, I do think about changing it but then I think what to? At the moment the zed is fitting the bill, an occasion to drive on the rare occasion I do drive it and its holding it value (to a degree).

The only reason I think of selling is to cut down on costs, I do still dream it will one day be worth a fortune (do doubt the day after I sell it lol)

"Working in a dealership is a real eye opener" haha I totally agree. I used to love how the different departments would utterly refuse to lift a finger for another. And always a lazy fecker on reception. Have you ever tried ringing your own dealership after 5pm, try it bet you can't speak to anyone. How I could go on... Lol.
