was thinking of changing my standard 17" rims and upgrade to 18" on my 2.5si
which ones???

Ultraleggera matt black

Street style Canova Look nice, they even have a pic of a Zed with the wheels on.
 
Try to choose on this site http://www.ac-schnitzer.de/bmw-automobile/wheel-selector/. Why don't you go on 19" wheels, look better on your Zed. I have Ultraleggera HLT 8.5x19" rear & front. I'm about to order AC-Schnitzer Type VIII...Something that might interest you,Oz and BBs transfered their production in China. The price has remain the same but the quality not, in last few months they had a lot of reclamations.

That doesnt work for me - but i would love to see how they look on a Z.
 
19" wheels on Maltese roads is not the right thing to do :)
shitty roads and too many pot holes

the safest way to go is the 17"
but i would like to upgrade to have a sportier look
 
I've not seen those Ultraleggera in a while, they are very popular in VW circles and few Corrados had them 8)

Such a sign of the times indeed...If only the selling prices would of dropped according the their labour costs but NOOO, they pocket all that cash and have us pay the same premium :thumbsdown:
