Just going on from a thread we had earlier this week about sex offenders and paedophiles, came across this story tonight on BBC news web site, frankly its unbelievable and raises serious concerns.

The article says quote “HM Prison Service and the Met are responsible for managing serious sexual and violent criminals once they complete their sentence.”
This raises serious questions about sentencing policy, if these people have committed serious sexual offences why the hell are they being let out ever. What about the safety of the general public?
Going on from that another article on the BBC news web site shows how careful you have to be with taking the law into your own hands.
