No service history over last 70k miles!!

It's worth more than £7k - even in parts.

Although I'd be wary of any tyre fitter who fitted run-flats onto a non-RF beaded wheel :x

It looks pretty good in the photos, but it's way too dear - although probably worth a bit more than £7K! Must be one of the few MCs without parking sensors.

Still seems a bit odd that a one owner car has a 4 year/60K mile gap in it's S/H though, but then as it's got run-flats fitted that one owner doesn't seem to have been an enthusiast. :( I doubt it's had new bearing shells either, so that's another £1K to spend.

Certainly a brave buy for someone at the right price.

I agree. And at the end of the day its just an engine, so - probably after a proper and in depth check - if you purchased for a good enough price, - say £10k - you could easily spend a few grand to refresh and go on to 250k miles over the years.

Last MOT showing start of some potentially serious issues to come!

How so? Third brake light, common replacement easily fixed. Tyres are tyres. Front brake hoses easily replaced and the backing plate also straightforward. See no issues with any of that tbh for the mileage.

Obviously going to be a bit of a punt for a buyer, maybe someone who's handy with a spanner would help. Interior looks in good nick for the miles. A tad overpriced for sure but 7k, no chance.

They're at the age now where brake lines need doing no matter what the mileage. Seen a fair few posts on the topic since I joined a year ago.

Dodgy history if you ask me, I wouldn’t be surprised if the service book isn’t even from that car!

No running in service and then not a serviced for 4 years at the end but with another 50,000 + miles covered. I expect there is some dodgy things going on here and wouldn’t be surprised if that service history isn’t even for that car!

So you don't think a leaking FUEL TANK is an issue? Seriously??

Totally agree. Bet the whole underside is rotten/rotting away once you get it up in the air.

That was fixed? No I don't necessarily. As you and a few others appear to be doing is assuming the worst and its a total wreck for some reason. You have no idea what caused it, could've been a simple fix. Point is there's a lot of massive assumptions being made based on a few sketchy details. If I was in the market for this and wanted to haggle could be worth a look and enquiring to bottom out the finer details. Maybe make a good dedicated track car at the right price. Seen a few cars on here that undersides are rusted to hell, don't see people popping up on those threads telling them their car is basically rubbish. Seems an odd stance to take is all.
But hey, maybe it is a lemon, who knows until someone goes for a look!
