Good choice. Don’t get hung up on cruise control, which is a DIY retrofit. Light colours do indeed cope with stone chips better, but that only really leaves you with shades of grey (and a few rarities such as white and PY).

FWIW I wouldn't be too concerned about N52 (silver top) or N52k (black top) engines. My first had the black top and my second had the silver top, and in terms of how they performed there really was no noticeable difference.

Based on that the UK only got 593 Auto E86s and at least the first 5 pages (125 cars) would have the silver top engine, so when you factor in your "Must Haves" the numbers are going to drop significantly! And personally I'd add M-Sport seats to that list, which some SE models did have as a cost option.
My first Coupe had Bi-Xenons, DSP stereo and heated seats, my second had retro-fitted cruise, cup-holders and rear parking sensors - my MC is the only one I've had with all those features, although Xenons (and Nappa leather) were standard on Ms.
As Zedebee said cruise is a pretty straightforward retro-fit as are cup-holders and storage nets, and someone is currently selling a full set of parts for power-fold mirrors on here.
Xenons and heated seats may be the essentials as they aren't an easy retro-fit as I'm pretty sure people have upgraded the standard stereo.
Anyway good luck finding the right one.

I have been contemplating selling my e86 Z4 M Coupe 3.0si sport Auto (but have not listed it yet).
I was looking to price in range £11-12k but could be persuaded a bit lower!
I spent ages finding the right one from a specialist high end dealer (priddysmotorcompany) with full history & pedigree.
It is a totally original OEM spec car, only 3 owners, 75.5k miles only, FSH with a stack of paperwork from all owners.
Next service in 5k miles, MOT until January'23
Bodywork and interior are in superb condition all around.
The technician who MOT'd the car commented on how pristine the engine bay was!
It has many of the features you are looking for and is totally original which was what I really searched out for:

Alas it does not have Xenons but I have fitted the highest emitting halogens I could buy and they are very good.
Cup holders are not yet present but are a very easy retro fit for approx £70 or less!
